Central Coast Sotheby's welcomes Loralee Gorman to the team

Central Coast Sotheby's International Realty is pleased to announce 16-year veteran Realtor® Loralee Gorman has joined their team.

Loralee was born and raised in sunny San Diego before moving to Santa Monica in her 20s. She came from a big family of five children, with her being the youngest. She now has five children of her own who have all grown up and started families of their own, including two who are in the military.

Returning to her passion for beach towns, Loralee has been a committed agent for 16 years now and is excited to begin her new adventure on the Central Coast with Central Coast Sotheby's International Realty.

Her clients value her tenacity when it comes to finding them a home or selling theirs. Real estate runs in the family, as her mother was also a Realtor® and she got to preview many homes and watch them be built from the ground up as a child.

Loralee enjoys horses and dogs, and even plans to bring her pot belly pig with her to the Central Coast. She's excited for this new chapter in her life and plans to retire here. If you're looking for a Realtor® who is passionate about what she does, Loralee is your person.

Cambria real estate leader rebrands to Central Coast Sotheby's International Realty

Central Coast Sotheby’s International Realty celebrated a name change and rebranding with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and an open house at its Cambria office last week.

The luxury real estate office was previously known as Barnes and Associates Sotheby’s International Realty. Broker Leslie Dougherty bought the affiliate from Michael Barnes a few years ago but waited on a name change. Now, the organization is the only woman-owned Sotheby’s International Realty office in San Luis Obispo County.

Central Coast Sotheby’s is home to nine associate Realtors, including the newly formed 805 McKinney Team of Laura McKinney and daughter Allison Hackett.
